I mean technically it does. At least I think so. Brb.

EDIT: Alright so apparently the ban page is sent along with a regular 200 status code, not a 403 status code. Not sure if a 403 would play nice with a ban page but now's as good a time as any to find out.

EDIT2: Sending a 403 along with the ban message appears to work fine. I mean, it won't help anything since it still checks to see if a user is banned the same way but it is a 403 instead of a 200 now which is appropriate for the situation.

tl;dr. sheer cringe.
i was banned for like, a week for that tho so
also that was like early 2013 don't go holdin that over me jeez louise how did you find that.

either way, what this ultimately comes down to, as far as i can tell, is a difference of opinion. it had the word betch in it, which is obviously very nice individual in ipwner's language... thing, ergo it's a language warning.
unless you're trying to make a different point, in which case pls tell

He was banned for having a malicious image in his signature that caused some browsers to freeze/crash.
