Friend invite..
You know when you get invited to a crew, u get to click on the crew's name and it brings u to the profile of that crew... It should be the same for friends. If someone requests to be ur friend, u can see how nubby/pro they are.

I don't think anything on their profile would indicate whether you want to add them. If you previously met them, you should know if you like them or not. If not, then why are you even considering accepting the request.

Define "nubby" and "pro" I'm curious as to what your definitions of each are? Maybe other people do it differently but I kinda thought most people only accept friend requests from people they are already friends with? Therefore you don't need to look at their profile.
