3. if no-one attacks, creature is dead and broken gets hit, if not broken gets hit twice

brok3n blocked my attack, so it destroys the attack on creature as well

What's unclear about it? It revives a player to 1 HP, players can only be revived once, and if you get attacked while you're using blood oath it'll be interrupted.
