Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

It would be nice if, while creating a level, we could see x and y block counts (coordinates).
Either for the block the mouse cursor is on or for the block the smiley is on - or something similar.
This would make certain things a lot easier.

EE is an entertaining game and I enjoyed playing it...
...but it's time for me to move on.

Maybe I could add that to the inspect tool...

I would rather just be able to see some figures while holding shift or something like that (maybe including FPS as well?), instead of having to type a command.

Maybe for players who don't visit the forum regularly also an easy way to find out the /inspect or "i" command exists.
The in-game Help link goes to http://everybodyedits.com/help which has just the basics.
It does mention /help there but it's easy to miss.
Perhaps an additional menu in the area next to "Modify Level", with several submenu items including a togglable "Inspect" option.
