This might sound stupid, but try installing VS in a virtual machine. If that succeeds, there's a configuration file or something that's messed up. If it doesn't, something might be wrong with something else.

What do you mean by a virtual machine?

Edit: if you mean like a dekstop PC I had it before laptop and Visual Studio was fine then i have reinstalled my windows to the same i had before the install and the error has started.

I see that you have Comodo dragon installed. So maybe you have Comodo installed as Anti-Virus and Firewall?
If you have Comodo. Try turn it off and install again.

Try revo uninstaller and remove all programs that you have installed with Visual Studio.
Then try to install the desktop version I gave you.

Have you tried to look at Event Viewer to see the errors?
Win + X, then click on Event Viewer.

I got banned again. Yeah i deleted everything even the unninstallers gives me errors lol. And I tried to install ur given one but same error. Why do I need an event viewer when i got a log file? You can find it in upper posts. Btw Diff dont ban me I'm trying to solve my problems here.

I tried all possible 2013-2015 VS versions. None is working, and what do you assume as the answer?
