Random Stuff @Off-Topic Discussion

Maybe on the Off-Topic Discussion board add a sticky "Random Stuff" thread.
Sometimes you don't want to create an entire thread for something but still want to dump something off-topic on the forum.
Since there is no shoutbox and the IRC channel is usually mostly deserted.

*cough* the IRC has actually been a lot more active in recent days, at least compared to where it was before. Although yeah, it doesn't reach as big an audience as a post does here.
