There are 7 different user groups on the forums.
Administrators
Moderators
Members
New Members
Probable non-nubs
EE Admins
EE Mods

Administrators are me and Processor. We can do basically anything on the forums. Change settings, update rules, modify forums, that kind of thing.
Moderators are the under-appreciated janitors who are stuck on permanent cleanup duty on the forums. So far that's just Zoey because that's all we've needed.
Members are totally normal. Nothing out of the ordinary about the member group.
New members are what users are before they make their first post. They have special restrictions on their first post. They can't post links or images to prevent certain types of spambots from posting.
Probable non-nubs are users that have a lot of posts. They have some of the ordinary restrictions (post/report flood timeouts) relaxed so they can report faster in case of spambots.
EE admins and EE mods are like normal members but they can post new topics in the Game Business section of the forum.

Things like "EE Homeboy" or "Fabulous Members" aren't new ranks, they're just custom titles. They're typically given out to people for specific reasons. "EE Home*" titles were given out to the top 3 winners of the going home contest a while back. Koya donated to the forums and asked for a custom title. While it doesn't say "Member" under their username, that's still what they are and they don't have any extra privileges or abilities because of the new title.
