Bans in forums

I suggest to add 2 times of ban:
  Original ban and Chat ban

Original ban works like original ban(really.) and only people , that banned forever , get it

Chat ban works like : you cant chat , you can woot comments, you can read pm and sent massages ONLY to forum/ee admins. Also , you cant change your information (like avatar).

People, that banned for time period (not forever) get it.

Possible, but difficult. I don't really feel like overhauling the entire way bans work just so you can keep reading the forums when banned. From my point of view that's just extra incentive for all of you to keep following the rules.

It is easy to read , but it is annoying , that you can't see updates of the topics
So I started to use my brother's acc to see marked topics
But zoey deleted it >_<

Only that's why I need 2 types of ban

I got ban for answering to id cards comment

Probably, i didnt know that .

i know that "Ignorance of the law is not an excuse" , but anyway .
