If I'm not mistaken the idea of this level is to be a tutorial about effects.
It's not a campaign suggestion, just a level for the Rooms board.

This level has a row of 1x1s: those are clearly not suitable for a tutorial level.
(That section with the invisible black blocks and the spikes.)

Either way, the level feels like a work in progress.
More effort needs to be put into it, for it to become a good level.
