You'd be crucified on Stack Overflow.

Here's the C# tutorial I learned from as a newb: http://www.homeandlearn.co.uk/csharp/csharp.html

If you have the patience and motivation to get through most of that, only then should you start learning how to make a bot with the knowledge.
If you don't then don't bother, because EE has enough cheap, half-finished crappy bots.
