The game (I am logged in with shared account Ketter) says I do not have a crew but I have one. When I try to go to view Hotel Crew it give me a error saying that the crew doesn't exist.

Were you logged into somebody else from Hotel Crew then went to Ketter?
If not, then idk.
If yes, then clear cookies and/or cache and whatnot.

The message is correct, there are no crews associated with the account 'Ketter'. Since the account is shared, it seems that someone has left all of the crews the account was in.

The text displaying the crew name when you aren't associated with that crew is a bug and should be fixed in the next patch.

Bump, I want to ask you something. I get message from crew here:

As you can see up there, I get messages from Hotel Crew (a Crew). The game states I'm in Hotel Crew (I mean, I am in Hotel Crew when I noticed this) but the crew interface says I do not have a crew.

If you don't get this, I mean, I get messages from Hotel Crew (I'm in his crew), but in his crew I'm not on this (Dude, I am invisible, I mean, peoples in crew cannot see me in Hotel Crew, because I'm invisible). And it says I do not have a crew.

I have ONE. And this mean I'm IN Hotel Crew.

As Xjeex said, the text saying "Hotel Crew" is a bug, and ketter is not in any crew. tha alerts are from subscriptions, that is another thing.
