I agree with this, the only one here you might be able to classify as arcade is pyro because of the style of it in general, slender was just an internet game and I have no idea how the first tier relates to this at all. But I'll keep a look out for levels that seem arcade-ish.

I suggest megalambs level 'First samurai', which was on an arcade platform. This would most likely be medium or medium-hard.

I thought campaigns were supposed to have either in-game art or mini-map art. The first tier needs improving. Second one seems to belong in the "Puzzle" Campaign. The 3rd tier LOOKS hard because of the amount of minis.. Most (Almost all) campaigns have 4 tiers.

I'm pretty sure campaigns just need to have a theme, at least I hope so. There are good levels that don't focus much on art and only on gameplay, if they only based on art they are removing possible candidates.

And I also second Ipwners invasion level, it has a great arcade-esque feel when playing it.
