Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

There are three types of levels that I believe could be used for three new campaigns. The three themes are quite different from what is already available in other campaigns. The last couple of days I've been replaying various old levels to find suitable candidates for the three new campaigns. Below is an overview of what I've been able to find so far. These are partial sets, so I'm looking for input.
=== Precision Jumping (Hard) ===
First of all, I would like to see a campaign that focusses on precision jumping. Its title could be "Precision Jumping", or possibly something with "Surgeon" in it. Precision jumping is a skill that is very distinct from other player skills and I think it should be possible to find enough proper levels to assemble a campaign with. It would be best to make this a hard campaign. The reason is that this is a skill that's masterable and some players - like me - would like a challenging campaign that isn't about arrow paths.
The level "10 coins to die" by blackdeath is an example.
It is currently too easy to finish, but this is easily fixable by changing some coin door values.

A very different level, but one that shows well what kind of levels would be in this campaign is "Pro Obstacle Course" by imaman.
http://www.everybodyedits.com/games/PWrTI4F9_YbkI
This one is also on the easy side, but it could be one of the first in the set.
One of Norwegianboy's levels may also be suitable.[1]
Some of the levels that I have created myself are also about precision jumping.
- "Coin Door Mini II" http://everybodyedits.com/games/PWRv-utUZfa0I
- "Five Different Kinds of Trouble" http://everybodyedits.com/games/PWIp9_IT9ba0I
- "Never Give Up!" http://everybodyedits.com/games/PWYo1Bcxspb0I
For the first one I'd need more coin doors to completely finish what I had in mind.
The last two though show really well how difficult this campaign should/could be.
(In the last one the crown and trophy need to be swapped to make it truly difficult and how it was really intended.)
=== Endless Coin Hunt (Easy-Medium) ===
The second campaign would be relatively easy and would include levels where the player has to find out where coins are and how to reach them. This too is a very distinct kind of level type. I know there is already an "Endurance" campaign, but we all know that the "Fractured Fingers" levels require way more endurance, so I don't see a problem with adding another campaign with levels that take a while to finish, as long as they are clearly distinct in style. This new campaign would have levels that focus on stamina, because you need to search for lots of coins and find out how to obtain them. The campaign title could include "Coin Hunt" (similar to egg hunt) and/or "Stamina" and/or "Endless".
One of the best examples I could find is "Zombie Escape" by oinx.

This one takes a long time to finish.
Another example is "Slime Exploration" by megalamb.
http://everybodyedits.com/games/PWZw1LjUMNbEI
Not as good an example because it's too easy, but still on-topic would be "Moderator Land" by stubby.

=== Pro Minigames (Medium-Hard) ===
Finally, there are levels that use arrows but very different from the arrow paths in the "Fractured Fingers" levels. They are basically minigames, but with a higher difficulty than the very basic noob minigames. A lot of players like minigames, not just noobs. Why not include a campaign with minigames, but minigames that are clever and require skills and some perseverance. I guess it could be called "Pro Minigames" or something else with "Minigames" that makes it clear the levels aren't easy.
An example of such a level is "Looks Can Decieve" by EDJ.

Another example, that even mixes some easy minis in there is "Need Help / Ipad" by yoshi.

One of Norwegianboy's levels may also be suitable.[1]

[1] I should replay Norwegianboy's levels to find out which ones are best for which campaign ("Precision Jumping" or "Pro Minigames").
- "Norwegianboy Torture" http://everybodyedits.com/games/PWg0A2KNXybkI
- "Land of Lunatics" http://everybodyedits.com/games/PWxVfDxyc8bEI
- "Torture Tunnels" http://everybodyedits.com/games/PWY8Cr-Q0nb0I
- "EE crew hates people" http://everybodyedits.com/games/PW-UizG0T5a0I
The following worlds by him may be suitable too, but they unfortunately have an easy setting that would need to be disabled. (Maybe a sign could say that only the hard path means truly winning the level.)

- "Spike dodging action" http://everybodyedits.com/games/PWxQX7nWTUbUI

EE is an entertaining game and I enjoyed playing it...

I'm double posting to keep the original request for feedback as-is, and because this additional post is entirely about Norwegianboy's levels. It's new content.
Just now, with the help of Norwegianboy, I've been able to check out his levels that I mentioned in my previous post.
As for the Precision Jumping campaign, "Torture Tunnels" is very suitable. It is definitely both a hard level and almost entirely about precision jumps, so it's perfect for the level set! In fact, in places this level may be a bit too hard. Very slight changes may be necessary in a handful of locations to make sure the "maps in a campaign are of similar difficulty". In any event, this would be the final level of the campaign.
As for the Pro Minigames campaign, it's a bit more complicated to pick a level here. The "EE crew hates people" level (co-created by iPwner, I think), on the one hand feels like a level for an "Illusions" campaign and it has some pretty annoying sections where a single mistake means having to replay a lot of stuff, on the other hand it sure is hard and minigame-esque. I'm just not sure about this one.
The levels "EE mountain world" and "Spike dodging action" combine minigames and precision jumping, which makes it difficult to categorize them. On top of that they may be suitable for a totally different campaign that would focus on Hazards. When the noob blocks are disabled a handful of their sections are clearly too difficult for a medium-hard campaign. I like both levels quite a lot, but are they minigames enough for inclusion in a (hard) minigame pack. I think I've done what I could and it's up to other people to check out those levels and give feedback.
The other levels by him that I mentioned are not suitable (enough) for the campaigns.

I'll wait a week to see if there are suggestions for any of the suggested campaigns.
Either about the levels I suggested in my posts or about levels I did not mention yet that may be suitable for one of the campaigns.
And then I'll just put stuff in order and submit the campaigns.
Maybe one of the campaigns will then be judged to be solid/interesting/entertaining enough to make it into the game.

I made a level (A Place (Coin Hunt): http://everybodyedits.com/games/PWvNNvZ0sYb0I ) that could fit the "Endless Coint Hunt" category.
It's not necesserally hard, but it does take quite a long time to complete (finding ways to get some coins can be hard, though).
Compare your lives to mine and then kill yourselves.
Song over, back to field. Putin is great!

Possibly a suitable addition for the "Precision Jumping" campaign is "I Wanna be the Guy" by Muffin:

I'd have to replay it to be sure.

The title of "precision jumping" seems a bit of an understatement for a campaign with Kira's Endless Pain. I don't know if Nou reserved that name for the campaign, but I heard he already had one for the next extreme one, according to m1.

I forgot to mention it, I think.
Here I wrote: "[...] it was entertaining. It's like a coin hunt, trying to find all coins and find ways to reach them."

I just noticed a random person on my very old map (10 coins to die) and asked what was he doing there. He told me about this topic. So...
My map (very old one which needs improvements) for campaign? OK! I agree in 100%!
