Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

I like 2 and 3. They seem like the simplest of the options given.
thanks zoey aaaaaaaaaaaand thanks latif for the avatar

3. The simplicity of the tab is worth noting, along with the easy navigation.
Please keep the block bar horizontal on the bottom of the screen.
It being sideways or "U" or whatever you can come up with is just too weird.

what i really like to:
a option to see how many blocks display per page
a option to remove the name of the block packs
move all these clouds/fog blocks into morphables
save quick bar definitions
option to move the bar for a side or all sides

(This is my first time with paint.net)
Well my idea is like this. All of the blocks would have a cycle that displays all of the blocks on this menu. Once you hover the block you want to use a menu will open with pack inside.

I would love this, however it would be hard for new players to know where certain blocks are, so maybe have this as an option.

A option to hide certain block packs. When you klick on the title of a block pack, the blocks dissappear but the name remains. If you click on it again, the blocks come back. I can imagine that a lot of players don't use all their blocks, and maybe only 3 block packs regulary. If you can hide block packs, you hide everything you don't need at the time and only have to search through a few packs.
You could also make the fog and cloud decorations like the scifi decorations. Instead of having 4 tiles for the same block, make it 1, and make it rotate if you klick multiple times on it.
Completely agree. Please make this happen.
I am severely against vertical bar, they only offer a temporary short-term fix and look very awkward.

I think a mix of sample 1 and ttskate53's idea would work perfectly...
We love the idea of saving the quick bar or a custom tab, but just that won't cut it.
So not going to happen at all, or just not the only solution?

It'll happen, but that alone isn't enough; we need a redesign in addition to that.
No u.

type 2 as a custom bar
This way everyone can make his own bar for each page, so no one can complain , that he needs to switch between pages!

I like this idea. Maybe there could be a "collapse packs" option that would enable this.

Here's a tip:
Add all of them.
Just let us customize in the settings tab, default will be the most popular.

Can you do this with the smiley bar?

I liked ttskate53's idea, but I don't like the idea of having to click 2 times to get another block, so I mixed my idea with his, and made this:
I also made it without block titles, because I really like the idea of being able to turn off the block titles.
If you click on the arrow next to the block pack the blocks disappear(I forgot to make the arrows in the first picture). You only see the first block of the block pack. If you click on that block, you can see the whole block pack again. With this feature, you go from 6 rows with blocks to 4 rows with blocks, and without the title even 3 rows with blocks. Notice that I left some block packs open, if you close those you only have 2 rows of blocks.
Please, call me Thomas.

I didn't read this entire thread, so if I suggest something that has already been suggested, then sorry.
But how I'd build this (although I didn't for Sparkours) is that you start with just buttons for the various block categories/types.
Then you click a category and those blocks slide in. Just the blocks plus a "<" or ">" to go back to the overview of block categories/types.
If you combine that with a way to mark blocks for use in a new custom category, then you'd have way more space for everything.
I think - again, didn't read/check everything - that so far all your suggestions are about combining the categories/types and blocks, but I don't think that's the best solution.
I have permanently left the game and forum.
EE is an entertaining game and I enjoyed playing it...
...but it's time for me to move on.
