2lazy to read, here's a short description:

NASA has confirmed that there is evidence of flowing water on Mars

however, the water is really briny, not the clear type you would be more accustomed to

they also announced it at precisely 11:30 AM EDT, and you can see a summary of it here

Yes I saw this but I didn't read this properly!
When we found out about the ice caps that was amazing, so surely there was liquid water somewhere.

What I'd love to know is what's in those caves

Hydrogen, Carbon and Oxygen are pretty much the three most common elements in the universe, there is water everywhere.

There is already evidence of past microorganic life on Mars meaning since there is water there that there are still micros there, in the water, of which many would probably kill you if you drank it.

Great, we found water... we think.

We won't know until people are actually sitting on Mars.  There was an agreement passed in the '60s, that all countries agreed to, which put rules in place for space exploration.  Basically, they have to be extremely careful not to contaminate the water with Earth life.  Both of the rovers are not sterile, and my have life from Mars on them, so they can't touch the water.
