campaign restart
the campaign level The Memory Game needs to have the restart timer removed because i have to wait 15 minutes to play it again....

I'm not sure what you mean.
You can just keep rejoining through the world portal each time you die.

okay i cant pass one of the things and i try to refresh the page so i can do it again and it brings me back to the world portal

Don't refresh then, use the world portal 
Though I think when it teleports you to where you left off, rather than doing it automatically it should give you an option of whether you want to teleport or not.
