Not sure that's what the inbox foreshadows, I think it so your friends can message you when you are offline. But it is likely that this may happen.

I don't get lobby chat - if you need to contact someone you Inbox or PM them, if you want to talk to new people you go into a world, the lobby should be a place you spend a lot of time.

Add this when there is nothing else to add to this game.
