I can't make a new EE account

I can't make a new EE account by going to everybodyedits.com and clicking "register". I just get an empty page. Is account creation closed for now?

Do you get the page for typing in your email and your password (after clicking register)? Or does it go to an empty page as soon as you click on the initial register button underneath the promo video? I am able to get to that page, but I didn't try going through with the whole registration since I don't actually want to register an account.

When I click register the intro box disappears and I'm just staring at the background and there's nothing after that.

Try what skullz said. Sometimes some browsers are glitched. It depends on the computer. My friend couldn't sign up on Google Chrome, but it worked on Firefox.
