Any topics about an individual person (Name change, donate me gems, this user trolls) should be considered spam.

Well, then you'll have topics like "SUPER MERGE of all account change requests" and "ALL NAME CHANGES here" and "Merge of the compilations"

Yeah... I'm not sure when a topic merge really is productive
because you take (at minimum) two separate conversation tangents and shove them together, with times overlapping
