Well, I asked Nou a while back.
He replied: "I'm not actually sure how the transfer took place, I joined after all this happened and I never really asked."
I then asked: "Could you ask? Aren't you curious?"

MrShoe went on vacation (1/3 in a matter of 2 months), when he returned he told us that Cape could no longer afford to keep the game. For them, they need to have profit, or they won't work on it. If the game is only bringing in ~$75 a month, they are actually losing money.

They were given two options, take the game down, or give it NVD and myself. MrShoe didn't want to take the game down because he enjoyed the community, so he contacted Benjaminsen and made sure it was okay to transfer the game over to us. Now, I have zero knowledge of actionscript, and whatever language the server is coded in; and at the time, I wasn't able to afford it either. However, NVD could, so it was all put in his name.

If this post is about the community "[...]we like being part of the community as much as any other player" why is it called "The EE staff, their roles, their vision"? Shouldn't it be called "our vision" to represent the community?
