On this note, I thought EE used to have a catch for people like that? I see there's a "plugin-page" attribute, but I'm also guessing that this isn't a totally supported feature.
I'm recalling a banner that said "Get latest version of adobe" at the top. Perhaps we should bring that back?

Oh, and I forgot to mention the flash thing. The way that the source is set up, if your browser can't handle <object> tags, then it loads an <embed> tag. If it can't load that, then you get a blank space. Which probably means your flash player needs to be updated. Hell, go ahead and update the actual browser too. Couldn't hurt.

I think it is available, just the one that is currently linked on the main website is outdated. Also @zelda I don't think you are allowed to post direct download links, that might be an old rule though.

It can't be outdated. It was set up to load the newest version of EE. I don't know why it loads an version.

well when i downloaded it 2 days ago or yesterday it still had the last version of ee (1.9) so i went back to chrome and got mozilla firefox
