change default style to carbon

the old forums were blue and gray which matches the carbon style
fail forums is orange and gray which matches the coal style
this is not fail forums

Real old forums were just gray, although they did have blue links.

Isn't that exactly what carbon is?

I think it's orange to match EE. I use carbon because I want it to look like the old forums, and different to fail (where I use mercury, which is orangey). I get where you're coming from but I think for a default it's better to have the orangey theme, so that it looks more like a forum made for EE. People who want it to look like the old forums can change it.
