Crew Messaging

Crew messaging could be a nice feature to send a message to any member of a crew with message reading rights. This could work well in tandem with the upcoming messaging feature, but for now, it could just be in news. This could be used to make applications MUCH easier. Of course, crews that aren't accepting new members or just don't want to be spammed due to their popularity could disable crew messaging There should also be an option to disable seeing messages that go to the crew, but for individual members, in the setting tab.

This is what Inbox are for. This idea already have, and you can create a alert to your crew too. The inbox tab will to you send messages to anothers players without joinning in worlds. (This will happend on the next update)

Still what alerts are for. I'm pretty sure if you are subscribed to the crew, you get alerts, even if you're not in the crew.

No. I mean someone not in the crew SENDING things to a crew, not receiving!

This is what Inbox are for. This idea already have, and you can create a alert to your crew too. The inbox tab will to you send messages to anothers players without joinning in worlds. (This will happend on the next update)

I suppose sending it to a crew owner would work, but sending it to all of the crew with the rights would be better to get what you want to say out. Also could be helpful for saying how great a crew is tot he whole crew, not just the owner. I suppose you could also message everyone, but crew messaging is a lot easier.

idk it could get really spammy real quick. I guess if there was like, a crew inbox tab thing.
it's not without merit. what about like, crews [as a whole] sending messages too like "GENERIC CREW-> YOU: PLS PLOY DIS LEVL"
I guess the closest comparison would be tumblr's messaging system.

idk we'd have to see what's going to go on the inbox tab first.

My idea is the regular tabs for inbox (All, read, undread) and in the right corner, Crew, which shows all messages of the current crew you have selected.
