Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Football/Soccer bot.
Basically total players online are split into even teams each round
a round lasts 3 minutes
each round starts with a cloud block in the center
it can be pushed into the goal area
once the block is in the goal area it counts as a goal for the opposing team
notes:
when teams are chosen they should be teleported to a position on the map (custom set maybe) that gives them team colors
you can't score own goals-example:when a red team player pushes a ball into the red goal the ball resets its position to the middle
p.s. amds hate posts not needed

It could probably be done but with what I've seen of other bots on EE it would probably be too slow to function properly as a game.
This already exists.

If somebody half-decent at coding does it, movement of the ball itself can go up to maybe 80 blocks/s. The difficult thing is detecting "kicking" and modelling the new ball path, as a good football bot will take into account x and y speeds and calculate the ball's new speed and angle.
I suppose that might be slow if there's a good 20 players trying to hit the thing.
One bot to rule them all, one bot to find them. One bot to bring them all... and with this cliché blind them.

This is not football. This is a pushbot with teams. It's boring.
It would be interesting if the ball was replaced with a bot, and you moved the bot around using physics to replicate "kicking" in ee. Of course, it would most likely be laggy, unresponsive, and inaccurate. You'd get more done making your own flash game than using ee.
