What is memeing? A person who responds to a post with single picture of a meme that adds little to no content to the actual conversation. It's like one word posting with a picture.

I think memeing should result in a warning. It's really annoying when someone makes a decent topic that gets entirely derailed because of a single misplaced meme.

Memes should only be allowed if they add relevant content to the post, and/or are accompanied by a comment which explains how it relates to the post.
