[suggestion] forum achievements

achievements you could unlock in the forums for doing various things, like reporting enough people and having them banned, or getting enough posts, making enough topics, getting a thread stickied, etc.

these would unlock either forum titles or badges you could display under your avatar

I don't think we need achievements for a community service like reporting people (I get that's just an example though)

Idk about this really? I don't know why but it just doesn't sit well to me. Maybe as a user-made thing but idk as an actual forum thing

if you get reported for certain posts due to spam and are banned later, those posts won't count towards getting the achievement
also forum games does not count towards any achievements
