why you can see 19 blocks left , but only 18 right?

and isnt it a bug?

It's a glitch.

It has to do with the size of the .swf

Because the horizontal side of EE is "measured" in 30 blocks. Since the player occupy one block, 30-1= 29
So you have to divide 29 by 2 (right and left), which leads to a fraction number.
That is to say that EE is, always was, and it's better to be asymmetrical.
