cant buy moar crews

I bought 3 crews and cant buy any moar, the crew buying feature disappeared from the shop for some reason. Also i bought one of the crew upgrades and it said "you got it!" and then it came right back and i wasted 1000 energy cuz it re-appeared and i didn't have the new feature i bought
