oh just use the mouse scroll i know its a little screwed up (pardon my language) hopefully they add in a scroll cuz its pretty annoying

The scroll bar is actually there:
The scrollbar for campaigns list and the shop only shows when you zoom your browser out 110%. Apparently, it's one of the bugs introduced with EE 2.0.
