Crew Creation Bug
I created a crew and encountered this problem with it. It doesn't say anything in the crew tab other than this. Not only that, but I can't visit the crew tab more than once or else it will get frozen in a Loading... lock (requiring a refresh). If it helps, I kept the "This cannot be undone" popup open for over an hour while I was deciding. I'm sure that nobody else took it, unless some low-life stole it when I mentioned in chat that I'd make it.

You bought several crews without setting a name. You're trying to name your crew to something you already made.
