question about crew

I bought a crew and was wondering can you delete your crew or create a second crew? I know it says you cannot change the name of your crew and don't like my crew name.

You can't. It's in the Blog Post that you should be careful when you pick. You will stick with that name forever until an option to delete it has been added.

Alternatively, buy a second crew.
