Stalking System
Like Subscription system, you can stalk a forum member and you'll get notifications of everything he/she does (posting, updating profile, editing post, etc).
I wanted to stalk some forum members.

So it's like being subscribed to someone on youtube, except instead of videos, you see their posts? (As well as edits, updating profile, etc)
