New Settings Overlay Is _Under_ Flash
Currently, the new settings overlay disappears underneath the game.
I couldn't find a thread that says it's under construction or that someone else also ran into this problem.
So I'm posting about it on this Bug Reports board.
What I see when I open the settings is this (mirror).
I think (the source code of) this may be of use to you.
I have permanently left the game and forum.
EE is an entertaining game and I enjoyed playing it...
...but it's time for me to move on.

Is this settings only for the beta testers?
No, it's on everybodyedits.com. It's underneath the background, where the blog post is, next to the social media links.

It has been fixed, apparently.
At least, it now works fine for me.

I use chrome and it's bad for me. Not like it matters since I don't use main site but whatever.
EDIT: Might not want to go off mine, my computer has a bunch of problems, but if somebody else says chrome is bad then yeah.

Okay, issues are only coming from firefox.
Looks like I need to do some searching.
I hear setting "wmode" to "opaque" makes it "work"

I'm not a particular fan of freezing the scroll whilst using the settings.
A tempfix: scroll down. Click settings. Set settings. Scroll up.Doesn't work for me and firefox. z-index doesn't help much. eh.
It's made with bootstrap, blame them.
and no, z-index didn't fix it.

Yeah. Apparently there's not a whole lot of information on wmode. S/o briefly mentioned something about alpha transparency
So you could've layered EE on the webpage. Not sure why you'd want to do that... but it was a possibility!
