One Way Vs Portals

Place a one way block
Rotate it so it is not in original position
Place a different color
It goes back to original position

WHY NOT DO THIS ON PORTALS AND INVISIBLE PORTALS

Can't tell if it's satire or real problem. Honestly I don't see the hassle here.

Say you have a portal facing left, but then you want to change that portal to an invisible portal. So you place an invisible portal where the portal is, but oh no now it's facing down and you have to rotate it back round. It would be better if it just restarted the rotation back to facing left, like one ways do.

Also, even though it's not that annoying, it's inconsistent for one ways to work in one way and portals work in a different way.
