I read that diff sends welcome pms. I looked in pms. I dont got one. Why does diff hate/not notice me ;-; can... can i have one?

i did get a welcome pm but it was called "You have received a warning" and it just tells me that i spammed

i think i'm the first person on the entire forums to get a warning
