How to make invisible boosts (and have a horrible color bg)
1. do /bgcolor #E5B114
2. place a boost (or boosts)
3. enjoy, it will be the same color as the boost, so you can't see it (well, you can see some little shadow mif you have good eyes)

You're a bit late, this was done as soon as /bgcolor was added, and I think it was probably discussed as soon as it was announced/rumoured/whatever.
