Oh wow, this has gotten a lot of woots.

It would be useful for both art and minigame builders tbh.

Ideally it would also not take up half the screen like the other ones do, but as I said before, it is often easier to add a new part to an exisiting feature than to reinvent the wheel.

The only flaw I found is that there is not enough bacon in here. Put in a few bacon strips and it'll be flawless.

Hm, I don't think it's laziness, I think its about priority.

While this would be a nice feature, it's not going to be a game changer.

Fully support this idea.
Also if its not too much, each custom row should be able to be loaded into the bottom bar (if its more than 11 blocks it can be cut off)

Ctrl + 1 -- 1st line of hotbar blocks
Ctrl + 2 -- 2st line of hotbar blocks
