i need help w/ steam wallet

i literally posted this is in every forum i am registered in.On the steam forums,no one is replying so..

I want to add money to my steam wallet.But it gives me that billing address and region error thing.I do not have any payment methods outside of my country.I use my paypal balance.I still get this error.Can someone halp meh

I use mastercard and it has never given be any issues... I only need to fill in one of the lines for address (no need for two in my country), but I've never had any issue...

Already tried with google?

Already googled.But i had some money transferred to my paypal and i only have money there.Its in paypal balance and i dont see a slot where i have to type in my address.

Are you sure everything is set as in your region (which I assume is Serbia)? Like, PayPal somehow may have tagged your adress as a random street in another country or something like that, oor you just put an incorrect address. Look up if you have to use capital letters, include street name, that kind of stuff, as I believe it's connected to your legal documents..

...or now that I took a look at it, when Steam leads you to the PayPal website, you have to select the option to pay with your own PayPal account, and not the one for paying with your credit card.
I dunno really, never used PayPal as I got other payment methods in my country.

Looks like there might be a small mistake with the billing adress you put in your PayPal account's settings then, probably one or two letters in the wrong place. Again, I dunno.
