Your opinions on hooks

I know a lot of people hate and love hook. I want to hear your opinions here. Like or hate? Trick to get past them? 1 or 2 or 3 hooks in a tower, it's ok, but 15 and 20 in towers... There's limit, ok? I honestly think it is a question of timing. You get it or not.   But this is only me.

Hooks are 'nooby' because they're annoying to play, I don't think that much people like them to beat it.

Hooks are awesome, and IMO we don't see enough of them.   I encourage you to go make more hookjump-based levels.

Hooks are not bad, but I do rage when I see one.
They are awesome and fun for some when they are not spammed in a level.
They are a good -- but mobile challange that could be made in a 2x4 making it one
of the smallest minis. I could be wrong.

Just don't abuse it

I think that hooks with one hole in it are impossible...7 blocks/8

They're possible, but it could take a long time to get one finished, since it's mostly chance. You have to have jumped when you are like 1 pixel off the hole to jump, then you have to move quickly to get on top.

All my hate. They're filler and nothing more. The only reason for hookjumps to exist is to slow you down so you spend more time in a level, thus increasing the chances of more people being in your level at a time. They aren't fun. They aren't challenging. They're tedious.

1x1 hook? Pretty sure that doesn't make sense(1x1 would mean 1 block on it's own).

I find them really easy. I can go up a big wall of them in no time at all, sometimes without missing a single jump. I always laugh when I see a noob stuck on a single hook jump for 5+ minutes and crying "Help me!" They're seriously not that hard. I will agree that they are overused though.

Most people when they encounter a hookjump they try to fling back quickly, but you need to jump right out of the hook and come back in. That way you cant miss.
