Buying stuff with gems

When I buy doors, switches, teleports, ect. with energy I only get one or a few at a time. But what if I buy them with gems? Do I get unlimited of them, or do I still only get a few. Thank you for ansering. //forums.everybodyedits.com/img/smilies/tongue

That wouldn't be a terrible suggestion though. I might actually buy some gems if it could get me unlimited signs or whatever.
