To Windows 10!
Tomorrow Windows 10 will be officially released. If you don't know yet, Microsoft is giving this new Operating System for free (for those machines that are compatible). You got only 1 year to upgrade for free (after you upgrade you can use it unlimited, don't misunderstand).
So will you do the big step? Or you stick with your old version which is more private? You can even choose to move on Linux
