Not hard, all what you need is Microsoft Visual Studio and learn some language. Use the tutorials JabaTheBlob1 made. You will enjoy making bots at the end.

Easy as well, but i think that you will have to make it connect to a CB server, like NBot did

I was needed to recompile the newest DLL. But it works to chat 1 line then does the tool crash.
I have sent a message to the owner of the tool, so I hope it gets fixed.

Edit: Added the newest DLL, now it works.
