What about when people have censors off?

I mean, like saying a bad word when you are frustrated or something, not actually talking bad about another player.

If I found a few users who have shared personal information as described in the rules, but they are not in a room (i.e logged out), how should I go about reporting them?

You can still report people if they are not in the room. We'll look into it.

So I can say the F word, but if I misspell it, (say I type a y instead of a u), I can be banned for censor evasion.

The stakes of spelling correctly is pretty high on this one.

Oh, so it's really just a matter of intentions. So if someone repeatedly evades censors and insulting a player through that, it is clear that they are abusing the chat, compared to me failing hookjumps and spelling profanities. I assumed that was the case, but I wasn't sure. Thanks for clearing that up.

That's why, when I misspell a swear word, I make sure to correct it lol.

Btw, is "Dammit" censored? Cause I like saying dammit and if its not censored it should be so I can continue to say dammit without offending the tiny children or fearing bans. =P

If the word dammit is censored, you are not bypassing the censors, which in that case is OK!
If the word dammit is not censored, you are still not bypassing the censors, which in that case is OK!

To address the policy, not the example, 12345678908642: If you find a word that is relatively common but is censored by EE's system, you can bring this up with the admins. I should hope they'd be willing to make the exception.
