When you make a new account, the censor is automatically off. I think it should be automatically on unless explicitly turned off.

if you change it and then hop on another account itll be whatever it was on account 1

I think it should automatically filter your messages with a PirateSpeak translation unless explicitly turned off.
(That's when they'd also decide whether to actually censor)
