double jumping will usually do it. I can screen record it, but you have to hold space and then stop. I don't know exactly how I did it, it just happened (multiple times)

Just tried it, Kirbys right, if you jump quickly in succession  you can get rid of curse.

Mix any kind of enable/disable effect and spam it and it'll happen. It's because of a slight delay between client and server check. Not sure if anything can be done about it apart from you just adding a dot below it so people can't reach it.
