I was there when that happened @tomkazaz, on an alt... watching... lurking... You had told her to phish my account. It was a joke.
That situation falls in the gray area where it's up to whoever was there/handle it. I don't see an issue.

I think it used to mean that, because I remember it meaning that too, but now most people understand it as like you said - something like EE2 or Blocking Blocks.
