look at this

so you select the first letter and then:
ctrl+a and ctrl+c
then open notepad and paste
ctrl+v
and you get your user id

You can't get the gameauthtoken that way.
He need to use javascript in kongregate when he is connected to EE.

Wonderful invention, javascript is.
A few things to note about your GAT:
It changes if you're banned.
It changes if you change your password.
Avoid sharing it. However, it's a hash generated explicitly between EE auth and YOU. If you share it, it's the equivalent of sharing your EE.com login. (Slightly more secure if you take to using the same password for multiple websites as the hash cannot be reversed to retrieve your password)
Save it somewhere so you don't have to run the code every time.

Oh, and your user ID never changes.
