I tought the limitation is still in, where you couldn't get a magic if the level has 5k< coins

You can get magic on any map.

Wrong. In a map with more than 750 coins it becomes a "coin farm" there for it is impossible to get a magic coin.                                                                                                                                                                                                should be?

It depends on how many coins are in the world and how many coins are collected by people.
I have been spamming "/coin" in some worlds and a lot of people got magic coins.
So it is possible to get magic from that kind of maps.

On one of my brief encounters with chris, he explains that not only the number of coins [magic is possible in any world] but the pattern and frequency of collecting of coins, collect many continuously -low chance, few coins minutes appart- higher chance. Also that with worlds of many thousands of coins, there will be a max of +2.

Hopefully that clears up magic coins.
