Being gay doesn't actually ruin people's live. It doesn't affect anyone. Paedophilia often(/always) involves rape/abuse, and it ruins kids lives. Being gay is just being gay.
Notice how being gay is allowed on a kids forum but paedophilia isn't.
Actually, do you know what paedophilia is? Why would you discuss it here anyways?

You're aware the underage law is there for a reason? Kids can't legally consent, we don't have the understanding to at all. It's damaging and it's traumatic.

And it doesn't have to be sex, it can be a sexual relationship, or just a normal romantic relationship (even frienship can be damaging) (read: Tyga and Kylie)

This is like "if gay people can marry, why can't I marry my dog". You can't compare two distinct things. Pedophilia is a disorder and homosexuality is not. Considering the fact that there isn't anything illegal about being a pedophile- only about acting on it, which is rape- and your initial post asks "when are they going to legalize pedophilia?", it is difficult to assume that you're arguing in good faith.

Sure, this is in the past. But what says that the ideals of the past weren't the more accurate ones?

I feel that this thread isn't so much geared towards Legalizing Pedophilia as it is posing satire towards the recent approval of gay marriage. With this in mind, many of you feel accomplished by shooting down the particular idea, not the underlying metaphor.

I guess I'm not totally pro-pedophilia or anti-homosexuality. It just bothers me when good old-fashioned argument is butchered by folks not seeing the bigger picture.
But, since Different55 spliced this from said picture, perhaps you are correct in shooting down the OP. Still.

Though, if you really are simply wanting pedophilia legalized, you have an uphill battle my friend.
