The way we coded it is pretty good at detecting magic farms.
Well a magic coin farm could be made easily using just 3-4 blocks, a spawnpoint, some coins, and a bot, but the mods patched it.
99.99% impossible with a bot.

I think it detects if its a magic coin farm if the player is not actively moving and there are a ton of coins.

If its a magic farm once, then is deleted and made into a new level, will magic coins be able to be found in that level again?

On a remake that was the made with the 2014 version of the game (the same magic system as 2014) i made a super efficient magic farm with 140 coins, i get witch, dark wizard, gold ninja and the grinch in just few hours (with no bots, i put the /reset at the ctrl v), but ofcourse the magic system change and it probrably magic farms dosen't work more

I'd guess something about coin density, rate, and user movement.
Detecting magic farms: user movement.
Though, Krock had an interesting magic bot that apparently did well. Probably took care of that with rate.
Coin density is the iffy one. "Rate" would take care of just falling through a stream of coins.
(Rate is probably applicable in two ways. You're probably limited from getting magic in rapid succession, as well as throttled on the in-game regular coin grabbing)
